We meet in Groveport with activists and volunteers from around central Ohio on the third Tuesday each month.

Opus Dei is a secretive cult within the Catholic Church that is having increasing influence over not only the church but U.S. politics.

Opus Dei clearly states that it does not believe in the separation of church and state but wants to see a "symbiotic relationship." Five of our six Catholic U.S. Supreme Court Justices have a connection to or are members of Opus Dei, as are William Barr, Steve Bannon, JD Vance, Leonard Leo of the Federalist Society, and many contributors to the Project 2025 document.

Pope Francis has tried to put some limits on them. They have been accused of human trafficking and are quite experienced at building up financial reserves and keeping at arms' length from any controversy. They are the Catholic version of Christian Nationalists. Join us for a discussion of the their involvement and share ideas on how we can minimize their influence in our world.

Every fourth Thursday through May: Family-friendly euchre! Come to play or come to learn: all experience levels welcome to the fun. NO card sharps, NO wagering...just relaxing with our community.

Try to arrive in pairs or bring three friends with you for a full table. Feel free to bring snacks or beverages; we can make coffee and tea, and we have a few snacks to sustain us during euchre play.

We'll hold office hours every Thursday in 2025 (at least for six months; if y'all don't drop by, we'll stop holding them). Sometimes we'll have activities planned. Sometimes we won't, and we'll just hang out with like-minded folks.
